Include the email address on your account, your shop name, and what you expected to happen. If it is about one review or comment, paste the text of it.

Connecting a source
Google Business Profile access is pending approval, and some social platforms are limited to what they allow us to read. The Sources page always shows the current status for each one.

A draft reply looks wrong
Change your reply tone in Settings, then regenerate. Drafts are always editable before you copy them, and Watch never posts anything for you.

The daily digest did not arrive
Digests only send when there is new activity. Check that the digest is on in Settings, that your send time and time zone look right, and that our email is not in spam.

Billing, plans, and refunds
Change or cancel your plan from Billing at any time. Our billing and refund terms explain proration, failed payments, and the 14-day refund window.
